Observation

11) The carpet cleaning log has shown that carpets were being cleaned monthly until May. The last month it was documented was April. At least 1 infant was enrolled. This child turned 1 year in June. 7/24/23- The log was not documented, but now is. 6) disinfectant is not available for this step to occur. 7/24/23- disinfectant is now available and was used after diapering.
